Three of the most high-profile settlement programs in recent memory happen to be some of the longest. It’s not a coincidence that we are handling all of them:

“Fen-Phen” Diet Drug Settlement

We serve as the Claim Administrator, having acquired this role in 2023 after two decades reviewing claims, working with the Trustee of the facility, providing notices to the class, and evidentiary and other hearings before the supervisory federal district court.

NFL Concussion Settlement

We serve as the administrator in a 65-year program established to resolve claims relating to the alleged brain injury effects from the concussive impacts experienced by former NFL players.

National Opioid Settlement

We serve as the Directing Administrator for the 18-year, $26 billion National Opioid Settlement finalized with the “Big Three” drug distributors – AmerisourceBergen, Cardinal Health, and McKesson – and opioid manufacturer Johnson & Johnson.
