By leveraging our extensive experience in administering claims and notice processes in settlements across industries during the past two decades, we have established a network of settlement fund recipients across government entities, tribal nations, and other agencies of all sizes.
In 2022, we became the administrator in the National Opioid Settlement, established to provide $26 billion in funding from opioid manufacturers and distributors to thousands of local governments across the United States. We have since built on that work by becoming the administrator in following opioid settlements established with retailers.
Throughout this timeframe, we have served as administrator in settlements between Tribal Nations and health organizations and opioid distributors and manufacturers, and additionally administer a settlement between McKinsey & Company and tribal entities.
We also serve as administrator in settlements related to the alleged youth marketing of JUUL vape products, including the distribution of more than $400 million to school districts nationwide.
