Kristi Mullins

Kristi has over twenty years of mass tort claims administration experience, providing leadership and direction in the handling and analysis of complex claims information. She has served some of the largest ever mass tort settlement programs.

During her time at BrownGreer, Kristi has successfully led and developed large teams of claims reviewers and mentored managers, helping build their skills from the ground up to produce strong leaders.

In 2012, as BrownGreer grew its footprint to meet the needs of the Deepwater Horizon programs, Kristi stepped into a new Director of Operations role. She served in that position for nine years, during which she established infrastructure to support the firm’s rapid growth and staffed key director positions. As Director of Operations, Kristi provided oversight in Facilities Management, Information Technology, Information Security, and Human Resources.

In 2021, Kristi transitioned from a full-time operations role back to program management as Senior Program Director. In this position, she uses her experience to provide oversight across the firm, ensuring all objectives are achieved and excellent client service is delivered.
