Ilze DuPlessis

Ilze is involved in multiple client development projects where she provides insight into the business processes requested by client specific team leads. She helps design screens and functions for various client applications and works closely with the developers to help navigate and prioritize multiple requests. She works closely with team leads and analysts to provide various project management duties – ensuring System Quality Assurance procedures are followed and documented.

Ilze joined BrownGreer in 2014, after 22 years Information Systems experience utilizing system development life cycle methodologies. She was the Project Manager for multiple Health Care system implementations on the Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Washington DC, and North Carolina Medicaid Management Information Systems. She was responsible for the development of technical project estimates and related staffing requirements, project plans and directing resources.

She started her career as a Programmer Analyst in South Africa on banking, financial, and defense force security systems before transitioning into roles as a Business Analyst, Technical Lead, Project Manager and finally, Business Architect.
