Dustin graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2010. During law school, he interned with the Honorable Melvin Hughes, Jr. of the City of Richmond Circuit Court. Dustin researched arguments and drafted opinions for cases filed with the court. Dustin also interned with the City of Richmond Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases and drafted appellate briefs for submission to the Virginia Court of Appeals. During his summers in law school, Dustin studied at Cambridge University in England and at the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
Dustin is involved in the development and implementation of fraud prevention procedures in the claims evaluation process.
Dustin joined BrownGreer in August 2010 and was named Counsel in July 2011.
