Dennis Carter

Dennis joined BrownGreer in 2002 shortly after earning his B.S. from James Madison University. Since then, Dennis has worked as a Claims Processor, Senior Analyst and is now a Project Manager with a master’s degree in Decision Analytics from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Dennis works with a team of attorneys, analysts, and claims reviewers in the evaluation of claims for settlements. He oversees the design, implementation, testing, and management of the systems used to serve these settlements.  Among his responsibilities are the development of notices and claim forms, the mailing and processing of these forms, coordinating the development of databases to store class member information, the creation of reports to assess progress and status, analyzing data to render projections and make recommendations to clients, the generation and issuance of checks to eligible class members, and the reconciliation of funds issued.

Dennis uses his experience at BrownGreer to provide clients an educated and efficient solution to the administration of all settlement programs to which he contributes
