American Century Non-Prosecution Agreement

We served as the Claims Administrator in a non-prosecution agreement entered between American Century Companies, Inc. and the Department of Justice related to violation of antitrust laws in the company’s hiring practices. The agreement comprised $1.5 million in funds to be allocated among approximately 1,500 claimants.

As the appointed Claims Administrator, BrownGreer established a confidential portal for claimants to submit verification that they had previously been employed by the company, then provided notice via email to current and former employees of potential eligibility.
